Moss Equity Partners LLC provides surplus funds recovery services including research, claim preparation, claim filing, and case management on a contingency basis.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to request services or receive communications.
SMS Messaging Terms
The company uses text messaging for case updates, scheduling, support, and (with separate consent) marketing.
Consent: Checking the opt-in box and providing your phone number constitutes agreement to receive SMS messages. Service provision does not require this consent. Minimum age is 18.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP. You will get one confirmation message, then no further texts unless you re-enroll.

Message frequency varies. Standard carrier rates may apply. Carriers bear no responsibility for delayed or missing messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Contingency Agreement
All work occurs under a signed contingency agreement. Payment only applies if funds are recovered, with percentages detailed in your individual agreement.
Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from website or service use.
Governing Law
Texas law governs these terms.
